Michael Czajkowski B.Sc. ICON(ACR), studied at Rycotewood College in Oxfordshire, before taking a full apprenticeship. He then worked in London as an improver, at Mallett and Son, the well known Bond Street antique dealers, before joining the family firm.
He is an accredited conservator with the Institute of Conservation (ICON (ACR)) and on the Museums Conservation Register.

He has written a book in collaboration with a Polish Colleague, Thomasz Węcławowicz, about a clock in a monastery in Southern Poland, Chronotopos Monasticus,(2016) pub. AFM Publishing House, Kraków.
